7:45 a.m. update: Major delay on 35E in White Bear Lake

By far the biggest snag on the roads is on southbound 35E at County Road 96. A crash in the left lane has traffic stacked up back to County Road J. Plan on a 20 to 25-minute wait.

By far the biggest snag on the roads is on southbound 35E at County Road 96. A crash in the left lane has traffic stacked up back to County Road J. Plan on a 20 to 25-minute wait.

On westbound 94, you'll need up to 15 minutes from Kellogg Blvd. and 11th Avenue.

It's also 15 minutes on southbound 35W from County Road 10 to Hwy. 280.

On westbound Hwy. 36, 12 minutes needed from Hwy. 61 to Fairview Avenue.

Southbound 494 is running slow with tight traffic from Bass Lake Road to County Road 6.

Northbound 35W is looking good in the south metro, except for a little crowding from County 42 to 98th Street.

Northbound Cedar Avenue is looking good too, with speeds around 40 miles per hour from the Minnesota River to Crosstown. Give yourself a couple of extra minutes.
