The wreck snagging traffic on eastbound 94 at 101st Avenue has cleared.

Across the system, I'm seeing lighter than normal levels of traffic, but there are a few slowdowns:

Southbound 94 from Lowry Avenue to the Lowry Hill Tunnel. A building fire is in progress near Lowry and Marshall Avenue and drivers are slowing to take a look. It's stop and go from 7th Street to Portland Avenue.

A crash is still working on westbound 94/694 just past Hwy. 169.

Minor slowing is occuring on southbound 35E from 694 to 94, a drive that is taking about 10 minutes.

Westbound 494 is slow from 24th Avenue to France Avenue due to a wreck at Lyndale Avenue.

Look for a solid line of traffic on southbound 169 from 94 to Hwy. 7. Still only a 20-minute drive.

As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
