The latest incidents include a crash on Hwy. 61 at Hwy. 97 in Forest Lake and a stall blocking the ramp from eastbound 94 to Mounds Blvd. in St. Paul.
Also in the east, traffic slows approaching Woodbury Drive. A crash is sitting off to the right and that is causing a gawker slow down.
Roads do have isolated icy spots. A driver found one on northbound Hwy. 52 at County Road 42 and ended up in the median.
