It's been a fairly painless Monday on the roads with only a handful of early spinouts. Things have been quiet for the past half hour.

The biggest mess is on eastbound 494 where a spinout is blocking the left lane at East Bush Lake Road. It's about 10 minutes from Hwy. 169 to Hwy. 100.

That's affecting traffic on eastbound Hwy. 212 and northbound Hwy. 169. It's 25 minutes from Canterbury Road to 494 on Hwy. 169.

Look for congestion on westbound Hwy. 55 starting at Hwy.13 due to a stall on the Mendota Bridge.

Elsewhere, the drive is about normal. Northbound Cedar Avenue is 17 minutes from 35E to Crosstown.

Northbound 35W is 15 minutes from the Burnsville Split up to the Crosstown.

Both southbound Hwy. 169 and Hwy. 100 are moving just below the posted. It's about 20 minutes from 94 to Crosstown on both highways. Look for a crash on southbound Hwy. 169 at 109th Avenue.

FILE -- A rent deposit slot at an apartment complex in Tucker, Ga., on July 21, 2020. As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
