7:45 a.m. update: Here comes the sun-up slowdowns

The sun has not been out much, so it's likely going to seem quite bright. We are seeing slowdowns on eastbound 394 because of it. Look for brake lights between Hwy. 169 and Wirth Pkwy.

The sun has not been out much, so it's likely going to seem quite bright. We are seeing slowdowns on eastbound 394 because of it. Look for brake lights between Hwy. 169 and Wirth Pkwy.

You will find some crowding on eastbound 494 from Hwy. 169 over to Hwy. 5. Westbound is running slow with 15 minutes needed from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100.

Northbound Hwy. 169 is building from Hwy. 101 up to 494. Plan on 8 to 12 minutes there.

The crash on northbound 35W at Hwy. 13 had cleared. Look for residual delays from Burnsville Pkwy.

Speeds drop to 30 to 40 miles per hour on southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 to 694. Same story on westbound 94 from Ruth Street to 94.
