Traffic is barely moving on westbound Crosstown from Hwy. 169 to France Avenue through Edina. That trip is taking 15 to 18 minutes.

It's not much faster on eastbound 394. Traffic is jammed from Hwy. 169 to downtown Minneapolis. That is 20 minutes.

Westbound 94 is locked up from McKnight Road to downtown St. Paul. Things loosen a tad through the Midway but tighten again at Riverside Avenue to the Lowry Hill Tunnel. Part of that is due to a wreck on westbound 394 at Wirth Pkwy.

Eastbound 94 is a grind from 7th Street in Minneapolis over to 35W. That is 12 to 15 minutes.
