A FIRST Unit and the State Patrol has moved a stalled vehicle out of the lanes of northbound 35W at 110th Street. While on the right shoulder, traffic passing by is inching along from Hwy. 13. Plan on 23 to 25 minutes to reach downtown Minneapolis.

Over in Oakdale, tire treads are littering the lane on southbound 494/694 at the I-94 interchange. The left lane is the most affected.

Also in the east metro, traffic is getting thick on westbound 94 from White Bear Avenue into downtown St. Paul.
