Cedar Avenue has lost momentum in the past few minutes as traffic volumes have increased. The crowded conditions are making for a 20-minute drive from County Road 42 up to the Crosstown.

Things are busy and slow on northbound 35W. From the Burnsville Split into downtown Minneapolis, plan on 30 minutes.

Traffic sputters on southbound Hwy. 169 from Hwy. 610 down to I-394. That trip is nearly 30 minutes, even though we have no crashes or stalls.
