7:45 a.m. update: Current travel times

Commuters on southbound 35W are spending more time in their cars than usual. Crashes at County Road I and ahead at 4th Street have cleared, but the jam remains in place. It's thick from Hwy. 280 to downtown Minneapolis. More than 30 minutes from Blaine to Minneapolis.

That also is impacting westbound Hwy. 36 traffic, which is stacked up from 35E to 35W. That is 15 minutes.

Southbound 35E from County 96 to I-94: 13 minutes.

Eastbound Hwy. 10 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 20 minutes

Eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 494: 16 minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 9 minutes

Eastbound 394 to 35W via 94: 16 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 169 from 94 to Crosstown: 19 minutes

South metro

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 12 minutes

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 20 minutes

Northbound 169 from County 18 to 494: 6 minutes

Eastbound Hwy. 212 from Dell Road to Crosstown: 11 minutes

Westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100: 18 minutes. Eastbound 494 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 9 minutes

Westbound 94 from Keats Avenue to downtown St. Paul: 16 minutes

Westbound 94 from 35E to the Lowry Hill Tunnel: 10 minutes.
