Lay off the gas pedal if you are coming around the curve on northbound 35W in downtown Minneapolis. This crash was a rollover at University Avenue. The vehicle did land on its wheels. Traffic begins to slow at Hiawatha Avenue.

Elsewhere, it's fog keeping the speeds down on I-494 in both directions from Bailey Road to Concord in Newport over the Wakota Bridge. And, of course, we've got congestion in spots.
