West metro drivers who managed to get onto Hwy. 12 in Delano, Wayzata and points west of 494 will find themselves in big traffic jam. Things are hardly moving.

Those who opt for Hwy. 55 won't save much time. Between heavier traffic levels and the stoplights, the trip from Medina to Hwy. 169 is creeping along at 30 minutes.

Traffic maps are red all over the metro, so expect to double and triple your normal drive time.

Metro Transit buses are late on about half of its routes, with delays up to 6 minutes.
