7:45 a.m. update: Clogged on 394 in Minneapolis, 94 in St. Paul

It doesn't take much to bog traffic down on eastbound 394, and a crash at Wirth Pkwy. is doing a fine job of that. Traffic is creeping along from Hwy. 100 and things stay tight over to I-394.

It doesn't take much to bog traffic down on eastbound 394, and a crash at Wirth Pkwy. is doing a fine job of that. Traffic is creeping along from Hwy. 100 and things stay tight over to I-394.

Police have apprehended the pedestrian who had been wandering on the eastbound lanes between Dunwoody Blvd. and I-94.

Over in St. Paul, a crash on westbound 94 at Mounds Blvd. had the left lane blocked. That's got traffic at a near standstill from White Bear Avenue into the Capitol interchange. Plan on 20 minutes for that trip.

That is in addition to a minor slow down on west 94 at Radio Drive where emergency crews are mopping up a different crash.
