A motorist heading west on I-94 at Hwy. 101 in Rogers left the road and landed in the center median. The big delays are on the eastbound side and drivers slow down to take a peek.
Look for a stall on the right shoulder on westbound 94 at 3rd Avenue in downtown Minneapolis. Traffic is slow in the immediate area.
Overall, things continue to flow well in most places. We'll see how the mixed bag of precipitation that has moved into the western and northwestern suburbs begins to affect things.
