Traffic is inching along southbound 494 from the Fish Lake Interchange to 394. That drive is now at 25 to 30 minutes.

Look out for a Metro Transit bus that spun out and is blocking the ramp from Hwy. 7 to northbound Hwy. 169.

Here is the current list of crashes and spinouts:
Ramp from eastbound 394 to northbound 100 is closed. Semi blocking ramp.

Westbound 494 at Hwy. 55. Left lane blocked.

Southbound 35E at County 96. Right shoulder blocked.

Semi blocking center lane on westbound 94 at Wabasha Street in downtown St. Paul.

Stall blocking westbound Hwy. 55 west of 494.

And believe it or not, we've got single lane construction messing things up on Hwy. 13 from County 5 to 35W in Burnsville.

FILE -- A rent deposit slot at an apartment complex in Tucker, Ga., on July 21, 2020. As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
