It's a slow drive on westbound 94 from White Bear Avenue to downtown St. Paul with speeds at 20 miles per hour.
Heavy traffic on westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to 35W will add a few minutes to the commute.
And northbound 169 has not loosened up. Add 20 minutes to the drive from Hwy. 101 to 494 due to an earlier crash at Pioneer Trail.
