The commute had turned ugly for westbound I-94 drivers coming in from the far eastern suburbs and Wisconsin. A nasty crash at Lake Elmo Avenue has the left lanes blocked. Traffic is stacked up back near the St. Croix Rest Area.

It's slow slow slow on southbound 35E due to a stall at Wheelock Pkwy in St. Paul. It's bumper to bumper from Little Canada Road.

Another trouble spot is on eastbound 694 at Hwy. 36 in Pine Springs. The State Patrol is trying to push the disabled car out of the left lane. Look for slowing at Century Avenue.

Maple Grove commuters are being held up by an injury crash in the left lane at 95th Avenue. Things jam at Brockton Lane.
