7:40 a.m. update: Stalls and crashes cleared

The stalled vehicle on northbound Hwy. 169 at the Bloomington Ferry Bridge has been towed away and all lanes are back open. It's 11 minutes from Canterbury Road up to 494.

The stalled vehicle on northbound Hwy. 169 at the Bloomington Ferry Bridge has been towed away and all lanes are back open. It's 11 minutes from Canterbury Road up to 494.

In Maple Grove, the crash on eastbound 94 at Elm Creek Blvd. has cleared. All lanes are back open but traffic is extremely slow from Brockton Lane to the Fish Lake Interchange. That is 18 minutes.
