Crews were to begin resurfacing University Avenue between 27th Avenue and 3rd Avenue in Minneapolis this morning.

Crews were to begin resurfacing University Avenue between 27th Avenue and 3rd Avenue in Minneapolis this morning.

Today through Friday, motorists can expect a single lane and delays through northeast Minneapolis.

The intersection of University Avenue and Broadway Street also will be reduced to a single lane, so expect delays there, too.
