A pair of wrecks on eastbound 94 at LaSalle Avenue has traffic near gridlock from 7th Street through the Lowry Hill Tunnel. Look for traffic on eastbound 394 to start feeling the effects shortly.

A pair of wrecks on eastbound 94 at LaSalle Avenue has traffic near gridlock from 7th Street through the Lowry Hill Tunnel. Look for traffic on eastbound 394 to start feeling the effects shortly.

Westbound 94 is no better with a crash at Portland Avenue. It's stop and go from Huron Blvd.
