A second Metro Transit bus has arrived to pick up passengers stuck on a broken down bus in the shoulder of northbound 35W at 42nd Street.

A second Metro Transit bus has arrived to pick up passengers stuck on a broken down bus in the shoulder of northbound 35W at 42nd Street.

Traffic slows past the scene, but all lanes are now opening. Give yourself a few extra minutes coming up from the Crosstown.

Look for minor congestion on westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100. That is a 10-minute drive.

From the Hudson bridge to downtown St. Paul on westbound 94 is about 16 minutes.

You'll find a few folks on southbound 35E from 694 down to Hwy. 36.

Levels are building on northbound Hwy. 169 from County Road 18 to 494.
