7:40 a.m. update: Incident adding to slowness on 94

The drive from Woodbury to downtown St. Paul is being complicated by a crash at Johnson Pkwy. It's 20 minutes from Manning Avenue to downtown St. Paul. For those continuing on to Minneapolis, plan on another 20 to get to 35W.

The drive from Woodbury to downtown St. Paul is being complicated by a crash at Johnson Pkwy. It's 20 minutes from Manning Avenue to downtown St. Paul. For those continuing on to Minneapolis, plan on another 20 to get to 35W.

There is a pocket of slow traffic on northbound 694 from 10th Street up to 50th Street in Oakdale.

I-494 is crawling along in both directions in Bloomington from 24th Avenue to Hwy. 100. The crash on the eastbound lanes at Hwy. 100 is cleared, so hopefully things will shake loose in the next few minutes.
