7:40 a.m. update: Current travel times

It's congestion on southbound 35W in the north metro and westbound 94 in the east metro that is causing delays for commuters.

In the south metro, a fender bender on the right shoulder of northbound 35W at 94th Street is leading to delays.

A minor crash on the left shoulder of southbound Hwy. 100 at France Avenue is creating a gawker slowdown that begins at 694. Really, there is nothing to see here so keep it moving.

Southbound 35E from County 96 to I-94: 17 minutes.

West metro

Eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 494: 15 minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 12 minutes

Eastbound 394 to 35W via 94: 11 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 169 from I-94 to Crosstown: 19 minutes

Northbound 35W from County 42 to the Crosstown: 15 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 8 minutes

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 18 minutes

Northbound 169 from County 18 to 494: 9 minutes

Eastbound Hwy. 212 from Dell Road to Crosstown: 11 minutes

Westbound Crosstown from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 169: 12 minutes Eastbound Crosstown from Hwy. 100 to Cedar Avenue: 9 minutes

East metro

Westbound 94 from Keats Avenue to downtown St. Paul: 18 minutes
