7:40 a.m. update: Current travel times

Tow trucks have arrived on the scene of the car vs. semitrailer truck crash on the westbound lanes of Hwy. 610 on the Mississippi River bridge. Delays are up to 20 minutes as traffic is at a standstill back to Hwy. 47.

In the south metro, traffic is creeping on northbound Hwy. 169 from County Road 18 up to the Bloomington Ferry bridge. That's a 10 minute delay. There is a wreck on the bridge.

Eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 494: 12 minutes

Northbound 35W from County 42 to the Crosstown: 16 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 8 minutes

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 25 minutes

Northbound 169 from County 18 to 494: 18 minutes

Eastbound Hwy. 212 from Dell Road to Crosstown: 11 minutes

Westbound 94 from 35E to the Lowry Hill Tunnel: 9 minutes.

Westbound Hwy. 36 from Edgerton Street to 35W: 12 minutes.
