A disabled dump truck is the reason for delays on westbound Crosstown. It's parked at Valley View Road and delays kick in at Penn Avenue.

Westbound 494 struggles from Hwy. 5 to 35W. The culprit is a six-vehicle crash at Portland Avenue. The good news is that all vehicles have been pushed over to the right shoulder.

In Otsego and Rogers, be alert for debris in the road on southbound Hwy. 101 at 141st N.
