Traffic is starting to bunch up on the Crosstown in both directions from 35W to Hwy. 169. That will add a couple extra minutes to the drive.

The ususal slowdown is developing on westbound 494 between Lyndale Avenue and Hwy. 100. That will cost you 10 minutes. On the westbound side, traffic is filling in from Hwy. 212 to 35W.

On southbound 35W, look for minor congestion between County Road I and Hwy. 280.

On northbound 35W, it's 12 minutes from the Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis with the heaviest traffic from 42nd Street to 94.

Traffic lights on Hwy. 169 and County Road 30 will be taken down today as a construction project get underway. To the south, look for heavy traffic from 94 down to Rockford Road.
