The stack up on northbound 35W begins at Diamond Lake Road. The hold up is due to a crash blocking the left lane ahead at 42nd Street. Plan on 20 minutes from 494 to downtown Minneapolis.

A crash on westbound 94 at Portland Avenue has cleared but traffic is still bound up from Riverside Avenue. Further to the east, things remain heavy and slow from Manning Avenue to downtown St. Paul.

Westbound 394 struggles from Hwy. 100 to Winnetka Avenue where a school bus crash is on the right shoulder.
