The trip in either direction on Hwy. 169 between the Crosstown and Hwy. 7 is already at 15 minutes and the delays are growing. Southbound traffic begins stacking up at Cedar Lake Road while northbound traffic comes to a near stop at Valley View Road.

On Cedar Avenue, plan on 15 minutes from 35E to the Crosstown due to a crash at the Minnesota River bridge.

Eastbound Hwy. 36 remains closed at Hwy. 5 due to police activity. That is in Stillwater.

A tow is pulling a vehicle off the cable median on eastbound 494 at Dodd Road. Westbound 494 is packed from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100. That is 14 minutes.
