Westbound 94 from 694 in Oakdale to downtown St. Paul: 12 minutes.
Southbound 35E from 694 to 94 in St. Paul: 11 minutes.
Southbound Hwy. 100 from 94 to 394: 14 minutes.
Both eastbound and westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100: 15 minutes.
Westbound Crosstown from 43rd Avenue to Hwy. 100: 18 minutes.
I-694 in both directions from Central Avenue to 35E: 15 minutes.
Northbound Hwy. 169 from County Road 18 to 494: 17 minutes. There also is word of a crash on northbound 169 at Marschall Road in Shakopee.
Westbound Hwy. 36 from Hwy. 61 to 35W: 14 minutes.
