A stalled vehicle on the eastbound Crosstown at I-35W is blocking the left shoulder and it's in a tough spot. Be cautious as you pass by. Things start to slow approaching the scene.

Crews have pulled the vehicle out of the ditch on northbound 35E at Little Canada Road, but there is still lots of activity on the right shoulder. Traffic bunches up approaching the scene.

Look for crowding on westbound Hwy. 36 from Lexington Avenue to Hwy. 280. That is 10 minutes.

Drivers on northbound Hwy. 169 will have plenty of company from County Road 18 across the Bloomington Ferry Bridge. Things do shake loose just past Anderson Lake Pkwy. Plan on 10 minutes.

The usual crowding is in place on 494 in both directions along the Bloomington Strip, but delays are reasonable with 15 minutes needed from Hwy. 169 to Cedar Avenue.
