The drive into downtown St. Paul is slower than normal as traffic is creeping along due to a crash at Mounds Blvd. Plan on delays beginning at White Bear Avenue.

No improvment in Brooklyn Park where a vehicle that landed in the ditch has traffic stacked up from Zane Avenue back to the I 494/94 interchange. Coming in from Rogers, look for crowded conditions from Maple Grove Parkway to the Fish Lake interchange.

I-494 is 18 minutes in each direction from W. Bush Lake Road over to Cedar Avenue through Bloomington.

Northbound 35W is plugged up from County Road 42 to the Minnesota River bridge. Look for a stall at Hwy. 13.

On northbound Cedar Avenue, you'll need 15 minutes coming up from McAndrews Road up to Crosstown.

I-694 has the usual congestion in both directions between 35W and 35E. That is 12 to 15 minutes.
