Scanner chatter indicates that police are pursuing a pedestrian who is walking along I-394 in the area of the I-94 interchange, last seen near the HOT Lane.

Eastbound traffic looses steam from Hwy. 100 into downtown Minneapolis. That trip is now at 8 minutes.
