Authorities have opened one lane of northbound I-35 at the Northfield exit. The freeway had been closed for about 2 hours due to a jackknifed semi. Major delays still persist.
In the metro, look for a stalled vehicle blocking the ramp from eastbound 394 to 12th Street in downtown Minneapolis.
