7:35 a.m. update: MnDOT shutting down I-35 in Lakeville

A multi-vehicle crash on the northbound lanes of I-35 at County Road 50 is taking out all lanes, and MnDOT has shut down the freeway.

A multi-vehicle crash on the northbound lanes of I-35 at County Road 50 is taking out all lanes, and MnDOT has shut down the freeway.

Major backups are in place. This might be the time to exit well south of County 50 and scoot over to Dodd Road or go west to County Road 27. Delays begin at 195th Street, so get off before then and save some time.
