The State Patrol and MnDOT have responded to a number of crashes and spin outs on both directions of I-94 and I-694 where the two freeways converge at Hwy. 252 in Brooklyn Center.

The latest is a crash on the ramp from westbound 694 to Hwy. 252. The freeways and associated ramps are glare ice, so use extreme caution in the area. The ramp from northbound/westbound 94 to west is now closed.

That advice applies no matter where you are driving this morning. Roads are in sad shape due to the light dusting of snow and frigid temperatures.
