A stalled vehicle on the left shoulder on eastbound 94 at County Road 81 in Brooklyn Park has traffic slow from Hwy. 169 to Zane Avenue. Ahead, look for crowding from Hwy. 55/Olson Memorial Hwy. through the Lowry Hill Tunnel.
Those delays pale compared with those on westbound 94 from Dale Street to Franklin Avenue. MnDOT crews have the branches of a fallen tree out of the two right lanes, but they are still working at the scene. Plan on 30 minutes from downtwon St. Paul to downtown Minneapolis.
Look for congestion on northbound 35W from the Burnsville Split up to 82nd Street.
Drivers on northbound Hwy. 169 will need a few extra minutes from County Road 18 up to 494 in Eden Prairie and west Bloomington.
In the north, look for activity on the right shoulder at Rockford Road. Southbound traffic slows from 94 past the scene of a truck carrying a crane parked on the right shoulder at Rockford.
