7:35 a.m. update: Crawling on 35E in northeast metro

A crash on southbound 35E prior to County Road 96 is causing a hassle for drivers coming down from Forest Lake and Hugo. It's been in place for a good 30 minutes and now has traffic coming to a crawl starting prior to County Road J.

A crash on southbound 35E prior to County Road 96 is causing a hassle for drivers coming down from Forest Lake and Hugo. It's been in place for a good 30 minutes and now has traffic coming to a crawl starting prior to County Road J.

On the Hwy. 169 watch in Shakopee, delays begin at County Road 18 and continue over the Bloomington Ferry Bridge. Plan on 20 minutes from Canterbury Road up to 494.

Westbound I-94 becomes a slow roll from White Bear Avenue into downtown St. Paul. That is 12 to 14 minutes.
