7:35 a.m. update: Crammed on 494 in Plymouth

Nobody is moving fast on I-494 in either direction between Hwy. 55 and the Fish Lake Interchange. On the northbound side, a pair of spinouts near Bass Lake Road and another just out of the interchange is clogging traffic. Southbound stinks due to a spinout at Hwy. 55. It is 20 to 25 minutes in both directions.

A semitrailer truck forgot to take its trailer with it. It's stuck on the ramp from eastbound 394 to eastbound 94 in Minneapolis.

Here are some other traffic tanglers:
Northbound 169 at Lincoln Drive. Stall on right shoulder.

Southbound 35W at 46th Street. Right shoulder blocked.

Eastbound 494 at 34th Avenue. Left lane blocked.

Eastbound Crosstown at Hwy. 169. Crash just is now clearing.

As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
