A wreck on eastbound 394 at Wirth Pkwy. is taking out the right lane. Look for traffic jams to begin at Hwy. 169 and a 24-minute drive from 494 to downtown Minneapolis.

On westbound Hwy. 36, a stall at Rice Street has the left shoulder blocked.
