In Minneapolis, southbound 94 is backing up at the Lowry Hill Tunnel. Look for brake lights starting at Lowry Avenue.
On eastbound Hwy. 13, the right shoulder is blocked at Kenwood Trail with a fender bender. The State Patrol is on the scene.
In the east metro, look for a liltte congestion on northbound 694 from 94 to Hwy. 5. It's only a couple extra minutes through that stretch.
And look for some tight traffic on Central Avenue heading into downtown Minneapolis. Things build starting at 8th Street NE. all the way to Hennepin Avenue.
