A fender bender off on the right shoulder is all it has taken to sour the drive on southbound 35W from Blaine to Shoreview. Things are crammed from 95th Avenue past the crash at County Road 96. Heading on to Minneapolis?

Look for tight conditions from Stinson Blvd. to Hennepin, and a drive time of 32 minutes from the Forest Lake Split to downtown Minneapolis.
