What appears to be a rollover crash on Cedar Avenue just south of 66th Street has traffic tangled in both directions. Motorists have stopped on the left shoulder in both the north and southbound lanes. The activity is in the center median.

The drive times continue to build on both eastbound and westbound 494 in Bloomington. It's now 20 minutes between Cedar Avenue and W. Bush Lake Road.

In the north metro, 694 is plugged up westbound from I-35W over to 35W. That is nearly 20 to 22 minutes. Eastbound stacks up beginning at Silver Lake Road with a crash ahead at Long Lake Road. Plan on 18 minutes to reach 35E.

I-35E southbound is moving well from White Bear Lake down to Hwy. 36. That's where you'll run into congestion
