A fender bender on the left shoulder of southbound 494 south of 49th Avenue is leading to delays of 5 to 7 minutes through Plymouth and Maple Grove.
The slow down actually begins on eastbound 94 at Weaver Lake Road.
The State Patrol is calling for a tow truck to rescure a motorist with a flat tire on 35E at Pilot Knob Road.
A stall that had contributed to the snarl on southbound 35W at Hwy. 10 is gone. Things are loosening up just a bit, but still plan on 15 minutes from Lake Drive to Hwy. 280.
