The State Patrol is on the scene of a semitrailer truck that is on fire on the shoulder of southbound 35W at County Road 23. Traffic slows past the scene. Ahead, look for pockets of congestion from Hwy. 10 to 694, but it's not as bad as usual.

Look for a stall on northbound 35W at 82nd Street in Bloomington.

Northbound Hwy. 61 is creeping along from Carver Avenue to Lower Afton Road because the stoplights are not working.
