A wreck on westbound I-94 at County Road 13 in Woodbury has traffic slowing starting at Manning Avenue. Ahead, things are congested all the way to downtown St. Paul. From Manning to 35E, travel time is 25 minutes. Those continuing to Minneapolis can add another 20 minutes.
AÂ new wreck snarling traffic is on eastbound 494 at Hwy. 169.
The accident on southbound 35E at County Road 96 has traffic near a standstill from County Road H2. Plan on 20 minutes to reach downtown St. Paul.
Things are crawling along westbound Hwy. 36 due to a wreck near 35W and Hwy. 280.
There is word of a pedestrian incident at Franklin and Hennepin in south Minneapolis. Expect delays there.
