A new wreck is tied up on southbound 494 at Bass Lake Road with a fender bender on the left shoulder.
A disabled vehicle is blocking the ramp from westbound 694 to Victoria Street.
And traffic is still jammed in downtown Minneapolis due to an earlier crash on westbound 94 at the Hennepin/Lyndale ramp. It's 20 minutes coming in from Hwy. 280.
