The stalled vehicle that had been blocking the westbound lanes of I-94 at White Bear Avenue in St. Paul has been removed from the road and all lanes are open. It's a 10-minute drive from 694 to downtown St. Paul.

On northbound 35W, a crash at Cliff Road has been taken care of and things are returning to normal. Lighter levels of traffic are helping things recover nicely. Plan on 11 minutes from County Road 42 to the Crosstown.

The commute on southbound Hwy. 252 is hampered by a wreck in which a vehicle left the road at 85th Avenue in Brooklyn Park. That's the second call to that area this morning.

In Rogers, a stalled vehicle is blocking on Hwy. 101 between Main Street and I-94.
