7:30 a.m. update: Second rollover of the rush

The second rollover crash of the morning rush hour comes at County Road E and southbound 35E in Little Canada. It's cold enough that black ice can form so even though the pavement looks clear, it can be slippery so use caution.

The second rollover crash of the morning rush hour comes at County Road E and southbound 35E in Little Canada. It's cold enough that black ice can form so even though the pavement looks clear, it can be slippery so use caution.

The first rollover of the morning was on the Lafayette Bridge. The southbound lanes are blocked from I-94 to Plato Blvd.

Look for a stall blocking on northbound Hwy. 169 at Medicine Lake Road.

In Oakdale, at least three vehicles are involved in a wreck on eastbound Hwy. 36 at Hadley Avenue. The westbound lanes also are affected.

Other incidents include a stall on eastbound 494 at 35W and a spinout on northbound 35W near 31st Street.
