The word from MnDOT is that the rider of a motorcycle that crashed on northbound Cedar Avenue suffered a broken leg and does not have life threatening injuries.

The right lane is closed at 63rd Street, and that has led to the big traffic jam picture above. Taking 494 over to 35W might save you some time.

In Carver County, look for a motorcycle vs. deer crash on County 40 at 152nd Street.
