7:30 a.m. update: Looking good on 35W in north metro

Usually a sluggish drive, southbound 35W is moving quite well today. It's only 12 minutes from Hwy. 10 down to Hwy. 280. Up ahead, you will encounter some minor congestion between Broadway Street and Hennepin Avenue.

Usually a sluggish drive, southbound 35W is moving quite well today. It's only 12 minutes from Hwy. 10 down to Hwy. 280. Up ahead, you will encounter some minor congestion between Broadway Street and Hennepin Avenue.

Things are busy on northbound Hwy. 169 from Hwy. 13 to 494. That is about 15 minutes.

On westbound 94, look for a stall on the right shoulder at Prior Avenue. From 35E over to downtown Minneapolis plan on 14 minutes.

On westbound 494, it's 20 minutes from 34th Avenue to Hwy. 100.

Look for a van stuck in the median on southbound 35E just prior to County Road 96. It's 15 minutes from the scene down to 694.

On westbound 694, look for slowing near the interchange at 35E, but things loosen near Hwy. 10. It's 10 minutes to reach 35W.

The Crosstown is moving just below posted speeds as things fill in. It's heavy in both directions from 28th Avenue to Hwy. 100.
