Southbound 35E isn't moving much better. It's jammed from Little Canada Road to downtown St. Paul. It's 15 minutes along that route.

All lanes are a back open on westbound 94 at Ruth Street. A left-lane blocking crash has been cleaned up. Look for delays at Century Avenue. Westbound 94 drivers will also see a stall at Prior Avenue and a mishap at Hwy. 280, adding a few minutes to the drive through the Midway.

A new wreck on westbound 694 at Victoria Avenue has created pockets of stop and go traffic from Rice Street.

Southbound 35W is struggling even through a crash at County D is gone. Things are always heavy there at this time of the day. Plan on 25 minutes from 95th Avenue down to Hwy. 280.
